    Observed gaps larger than 1/4 inch below multiple community center doors. [CA] Eliminate gaps greater than 1/4" to prevent the entrance and harborage of vermin. Replace door sweeps.

[CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. A facility cannot operate if there is a vermin infestation that leads to contamination of food contact surfaces, packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food. Thoroughly clean and sanitize areas of dead cockroaches. Monitor glue traps daily and replace as needed. [COS] Employee discarded glue traps. Note: Facility receives monthly pest control services.
