1. The dishwasher is leaking water and not sanitizing dishes. 2. There is a 1 door upright cooler in disrepair. 3. There is a 2 door upright refrigeration unit in disrepair. [CA] Maintain equipment in good repair. Repair, replace, service, or remove the equipment.
