    1 dead cockroach and several small insects were found in sticky trap on the floor in dry storage room. On the trap, the date was dated 03/2024. Per PIC, facility recently changed pest control service and new pest control service may not aware of the trap on the floor. No active cockroach infestation observed at the time of inspection. [CA] Clean and sanitize area of dead cockroaches. Contact your licensed pest control service to reservice trap if necessary.

    Water temperature at employee restroom hand wash station measured at 59F (Max). [CA] Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.
