Limited inspection conducted to evaluate vermin activity. Pest control report was not available. Per PIC, they have not received pest control treatments sink 2025.
Observed a heavy amount of what appeared to be fruit flies in the preparation area. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of non-disease carrying insects, weevils, ants, gnats, and fruit flies.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Test strips to measure the chosen sanitation method (quaternary ammonia) were not available. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing.
Observed mops stored on the floor of the janitorial sink. [CA] After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.
