Hand wash station was partially obstructed with large bowls. [CA] Handwashing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times. [COS] Obstructions were removed.

Numerous live flies observed in the service area. [CA] Use any and all approved methods to abate live flies. * This Division recommends maintaining front door closed.
- K21: Hot and cold water available
Hot water at the three-compartment sink fluctuates between 115F and 116F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks.
