This is a follow up inspection to verify that all major violation mentioned on 4/10/26 inspection report have been addressed. Major violations have been addressed and found within compliance: - K06: Adequate hand wash facilities supplied, accessible. All hand wash stations are fully stocked and operational at the time of inspection. - K07: Proper hot and cold holding temperatures. All refrigeration within the facility is been repaired. See measured observations. Continue on working on any other violations mentioned on 4/10/26 inspection report.

    All hand wash stations within the kitchen area have issues at the time of inspection. Hand wash was either blocked or missing soap inside of dispensers. Also hand wash stations were stocked.

[SA] Cheese and sauce were relocated inside the walk-in cooler. [COS] Manager voluntarily discarded the shredded cheese, boiled eggs with out shell, macaroni salad and potato salad.
