The faucet at the pre-rinse sink is in disrepair and leaking. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

The maximum registering thermometer was out of battery. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing.
The handwash station near the three compartment sink lacked paper towels. Note: There was another handwash station near by. [CA] Single-use sanitary towels shall be provided in dispensers; heated-air hand drying device may be substituted for single-use towels.
ROUTINE INSPECTION
Notes: - Facility washes all dishes in the ware wash room downstairs. - Facility prepares all the grab and go food items for the various stores on campus (Ginger Market, Paseo Fresh Market, etc). - Inspection was conducted in conjunction with the Spartan Eats Catering, Burger 408, Paseo Fresh and Paseo Fresh Market. Reports were written at the end of the inspection.
