    Black grime and mold like substance observed inside of the ice machine in the kitchen. Grime and mold like substance not in direct contact with the ice. [Corrective Action] Thoroughly clean and sanitize inside of the ice machine.

    Observed containers of raw chicken stored above apples and oranges in the walk-in cooler. [Corrective Action] Store raw chicken on the bottom shelving to prevent contamination of other food products.
