No violations were observed at this time. All other food facility permits in this building are no longer in use and are being inactivated.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

At the time of inspection, observed barista actively making and serving coffee to office employees from within the microkitchen facility. Per Royce, cafe manager, facility operates daily with an active barista from 8:00AM-3:00PM. Dishes and utensils are sent downstairs to the main cafe to be sanitized. Facility has been in operation for at least two months. Facility is currently permitted as FP76 for commercially prepackaged foods only, and is not approved for the preparation and service of coffee. Facility is to CEASE AND DESIST all operations related to the active preparation and service of coffee until plan check approval is obtained by this department. Observed non-prepackaged foods at facility (including open milk containers and nuts/cookies/dried fruits transferred from bulk packaging.) Permit to be changed to FP77 upon review. The report was written at the end of the site inspections and signed by the PIC. The PIC must ensure each food facility received a copy of the OIR.
