    Observed a lack of paper towels provided at the handwash station in the courtyard area. Per operator, besides restroom handwash stations, this is the only accessible area for handwashing. Facility only provides snacks. [CA] Ensure paper towels are provided in a dispenser at the courtyard handwash station to allow for proper handwashing. [SA] Operator provided paper towels without a dispenser. Operator to purchase and provide paper towels in a dispenser.
