FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted on 10/07/2024. The following violations are in compliance: K08: Observed all pizzas to be properly time marked by the use of digital timers. K13: No flies observed within the facility at the time of inspection. Reviewed facilities pest control treatment report. K21: The front preparation area and restroom hand wash sinks water temperature has been increased to a minimum of 100 F. Facility installed a instant electric water heater at the front hand wash sink.
