Per latest report on 7/14/2026, no vermin activity was observed. Technician stated they were onsite due to reported cockroach sighting. Damaris stated the facility reported cockroaches in the shared hallway access of the mall and that their door sweep at the hallway entrance had fallen off. Per PIC, they are in the process of replacing the door sweep. Per PIC, they have not seen other activity in the facility but have seen cockroach issues in the restrooms and dining area. No vermin violations observed.
