    Noticed a bag of onions on the floor at the time of inspection. [CA] Food shall be stored at least 6 inches above the floor to prevent contamination. [COS] PIC moved bag of onions on top of stainless steel table.

    PHFs within the walk ins were measured between 39-49*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they recently noticed that they had issues with walk in today and reported it to a contractor. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] Facility is using ice baths within the walk in to keep food more cold. Some items are not in ice baths; however, PIC placed those items within ice baths.

  • K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices

    3-Compartment sink is leaking at the bottom of pipping. [CA] Repair plumbing fixture and maintain in clean and good repair.

    Heavy dust build up noted within the fan guards of the walk in. [CA] Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris.
