[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. Handwashing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F. [SA] Adjust the hot water heater setting.

    Observed debris of food spill behind the larger cooking pot at the kattle. [CA] Clean and sanitize the floor immediately after spill.

    Dishwasher was conveyor belt was leaking water and leaving a paddle behind. [CA] Fix or replace dishwasher to prevent leakage. [SA] Per PIC, facility is replacing that unit.

    Two food prep sinks were not reaching 120F. First food prep sink was 117F and second one was at 114F. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at hand wash sinks.
