[CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of hot water at a minimum of 120F for all sinks with the exception of hand wash sink to be held between 100F - 108F. [COS] Final reading at 116F. Minor: Measured water temperature holding at 60F at hand wash sink located in customer restroom. [CA] Provide an adequate pressurized, potable supply of warm water to be held between 100F - 108F. [SA] Operator directed to wash hands upon entering kitchen area.

Found leak at 3-compartment sink (middle section) and at mop sink atmospheric pressure valve. [CA] Secure leak.

[SA] Operator directed to wash hand upon entering facility. [CA] Provide an adequate, pressurized, potable supply of hot water at a minimum of 120F for all sinks with the exception of hand wash sink to be held between 100F - 108F.

Found a leak at warewash sink (middle section) & faucet when water is on. [CA] Secure leak.
