    One hand washing sink out of two lack soap and had containers in the sink. [CA] Properly wash hands with soap, warm water and dry using single use paper towels as required. Always keep soap dispenser full and don not put anything inside ethe hand washing sink. [COS] PIC refilled the soap dispenser and empty the sink.
