There is no cutting, portioning, or other form of food preparation. Therefore, the risk category shall be changed to RC02 and the program element to FP09.

Many food products on boxes were stored directly on the floor or on milk crate back in the storage area. [CA] To prevent insect hiding and breading and for easy cleaning of the floor area, please store all food products at least six inches off the floor on approved shelf or dunnage rack.
- K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity
Ambient air temperature of the hot-holding case is only about 110 oF. [CA] The ambient temperature of the unit must be raised to above 135 oF. Until the unit’s temperature adjusted to 135 OF or above , please continue to use time as a public health control method to store the food products inside the unit.

The sanitizer measuring strips are all expired. [CA] Provide new and approved sanitizer measuring strips
- K41: Plumbing approved, installed, in good repair; proper backflow devices
Repeated violation: Drainpipe from one of the drink dispenser was immersed inside the floor sink. [CA] To prevent possible contamination from backup of sewage, please provide at least one inch air gap between the floor sink and the drainpipes.
