Boba on counter measured 77F. Per manager, boba was finished at 11am. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [SA] Any leftover boba must be discarded at 3pm. Boba will be added to TPHC.
K01: Demonstration of knowledge; food safety certificationFood safety certification was not available at time of inspection. [CA] Food facilities that prepare, handle, or serve non-prepackaged potentially hazard foods shall have a valid Food Safety Certificate available for review at all times.
Food handler cards for employee were not available. [CA] Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler available for review. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire.
K32: Food properly labeled and honestly presentedSpring rolls, chicken noodle bowl etc are for sale in facility but are made and packaged in another location. [CA] Food prepackaged in a food facility shall bear a label with the following:
1) common name of the food,
2) list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight,
3) quantity of contents,
4) name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor.

K05: Hands clean, properly washed; gloves used properlyObserved employee touch hands, sanitizer bottle, hair and then proceed to refill a water bottle for customer while still wearing the same gloves. [CA] Ensure that gloves are removed and hands are washed after touching hair/skin and chemicals.
