FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

This is a follow up inspection for th eroutine conducted on 12/18/24. Observations: K06: The hand wash sink was fully stocked. K13: The ice machine has been cleaned and no ice was contaminated. Per Jessee they had to have the ice machine replaced for a like-like unit. The ice bin remains the same. K41: The water pressure at the hand sink is low. Ensure to increase the water pressure to facilitate proper hand washing.

    A pink mold like substance was found on the interior upper lip of the ice machine. Water dripping from this substance was observed to fall into the ice. [CA] Clean and sanitize the interior panel of the ice machine. [SA] Per PIC, they have a vendor that services the ice machine. They have placed it out of order and notified the catering team of no ice availability for tomorrow.

    At the only hand wash station in the facility, the soap dispenser was not working. [CA] Ensure soap is available at all times in its dispenser and maintain the dispenser in good repair. [COS] Facilities came to fix the dispenser and have it function properly.
