[CA] Maintain sanitizer at 200ppm (or per manufacturer directions) if using quaternary ammonia. Ensure wiping cloths are fully submerged in sanitizer solution. [COS] Sanitizer solution was corrected to 200ppm and cloths were fully submerged in solution.
