This was a follow-up to the inspections conducted on 10/14/24, 10/23/24, and 10/31/24 to assess compliance regarding hot water. Measured warm water at the restroom to be 100F but hot water at the janitorial sink measured 106F. Adjust water heater to provide 120F at the janitorial sink. Ok to operate. The facility will be billed $298 x 2 = $596 for 10/31/24 follow-up inspection and today's follow-up inspection.

This was a second follow up to the 10/14/24 and 10/23/24 inspections for the lack of hot water at the facility. Hot water measured at 71-74F at the restroom handwash sink and janitorial sink. This inspection and subsequent follow-up inspection(s) will be billed $298.00 each. Contact Mindy Nguyen at (408) 918-3490 when hot water is available to schedule the next follow-up inspection before Nov. 2024. Notes: - Consult Plan Check at (408) 918-3400 before replacing water heater with a different model or specifications. - Inspector had received phone confirmation from Karen yesterday stating the water heater was repaired. Verify hot water is available before scheduling follow-up inspections.
