Notes: *** Facility is hereby closed due to lack of hot water *** - Facility shall remain closed until hot water measuring 120F is provided to all plumbing fixtures, with the exception of handwash sinks measuring at 100F, and authorization is provided by this department. - The posted placard is property of the Santa Clara County Department of Environmental Health and shall not be removed, covered-up, relocated, tampered, or copied. Failure to comply may result in enforcement actions per County Ordinance Code Section B11-55. - A facility found in continued operation operation without a permit may incur a penalty of three (3) times the operating permit fee, and fee(s) for re-inspection(s) charged at the current hourly rate approved by the Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors.     Several live ants were observed throughout the facility among food storage cabinets and gaps in the tile grout under the type 2 hood. [CA] Ensure to maintain the facility free of animals, pests, and vermin. Provide pest control as necessary.

Remove or replace all non-conforming equipment with ANSI compliant equipment.

    Per PIC, their water heater went out this morning and they have been boiling water to wash dishes. Water throughout facility measured at 67F intially and then kept dropping. Note: Replacement of the water heater will require plan check submittal and approval prior to installation. [CA] An approved, adequate, protected, pressurized, potable supply of hot water and cold water shall be provided. A food facility shall not be in operation without an adequate supply of hot and cold water.
