Facility hosts a cat lounge in the back area. Per standard operating procedures, the cat lounge is separated from the kitchen and food preparation area. Employees are designated to work in the cat lounge or in the kitchen.

Facility lacks a stopper for filling up the 3-compartment sink. Per PIC, sanitization is accomplished using plastic tubs placed in the 3-compartment sink. Observed the plastic tubs are not large enough to accommodate large blenders or equipment. [CA] Plugs or stoppers shall be available to fill up the warewashing sink. Warewashing facilities shall are be large enough to accommodate the largest piece of equipment or utensil.

Observed soiled wiping cloths stored directly on food preparation counters. [CA] Wiping cloths shall be stored in an approved sanitizing concentration when not in active use.
