On site for follow up inspection for limited inspection conducted on 1/13/25. Facility was closed due to lack of hot water. Hot water measured at 135F Per owner, water heater was replaced on 1/13/25. Water Heater: AO SMITH MODEL NO - EEA9-50H55DV 100 SERIAL NO - 2423139406300 Normal Capacity US GAL : 50 Facility is reopened.

    Measured milk at 46-48F in front three door refrigerators. Per PIC, it was recently taken out of milk gallons and stored in the containers. Ambient temperature of the units measured at 46-49F. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] PIC time marked the milk containers and lowered the temperature for refrigerators to 41F.
