Routine inspection conducted in conjunction with investigation for suspected foodborne illness complaint: CO0156056 A follow up inspection will be conducted within 3 business days. The 1st follow-up inspection is free of charge. Any and all subsequent follow-up inspections will be billed at the approved hourly rate of $298/hr, minimum of one hour.

    In the display refrigerator, spicy shoyu ahi, shoyu ahi, and crab salad measured at 44F. Per operator, spicy shoyu ahi and shoyu ahi were placed in unit at 11am. Crab salad was placed in unit 1.5 hours prior. [CA] PHFs shall be held at 41°F or below or at 135°F or above. [COS] Spicy shoyu ahi and shoyu ahi were voluntarily discarded. Crab salad was relocated to walk in cooler.
