    The baker does not have a food handler card. [CA] Each food handler shall maintain a valid food handler card for the duration of his or her employment as food handler. A valid food handler card shall be provided within 30 days of after the date of hire.

  • K23: No rodents, insects, birds, or animals

    Observed rodent droppings on the floor around and in the janitors sink. [CA] Clean up the droppings and sanitize the area. Take effective measures to eliminate rodents from the facility. Be sure there are not any holes in the walls or ceiling to allow rodents to enter from wall or ceiling. The facility does have a pest control company. Continue to take effective measures to protect food from possible contamination.
