No major violations observed at the time of inspection. Note: Facility has pre-packaged food only due to shortage of cook. No food preparation observed at the time of inspection. District plans to hire a cook by the end of school year to resume kitchen operation. Prior to food preparation, ensure all equipments are cleaned and sanitized. Check dishmachine water temperature 160F minimum (high temp dishmachine). Delivery left kitchen around 9am and start food delivery to school. Staff starts working at 6am.
