[CA] Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet.
K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitizedCriticalIn the kitchen area, at the three compartment sink, staff were observed skipping the sanitizing step of ware washing when washing a par of spatulas.
[CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds or by contacting a quaternary ammonium solution of 200 PPM concentration for at least 60 seconds.
[SA] PIC instructed staff to obtain a new pair of spatulas. Per PIC, their dish washer was to come in at 2:00 pm and wash all the dishes. Per PIC, they use chlorine as their sanitizer.
