Observed fruit flies in back janitorial area. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of non-disease carrying insects, weevils, ants, gnats, and fruit flies.

Observed mops stored in mop buckets. [CA] After use, mops shall be placed in a position that allows them to air-dry without soiling walls, equipment, or supplies.

Soap dispenser was empty at brewery handwash sink. [CA] Provide handwashing cleanser in dispenser at handwash stations at all times. [COS] Soap provided.

Observed what appeared to be fruit flies at the back janitorial sink and at the handwash sink in the brewery district. [CA] Food facility shall be kept free of non-disease carrying insects, weevils, ants, gnats, and fruit flies.

Automatic soap dispenser in restroom provided, dispenser had soap and another container for soap for the dispenser was on the counter. However, soap dispensers were not working and no soap was available in restroom. [CA] Ensure that soap is provided at handwashing sinks at all times during operation. [COS] PIC placed soap dispenser in restroom.

Observed toilet paper stored on top of the dispensers in both restrooms. [CA] Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. Remove toilet paper from the top of the dispensers.
