Facility has a coffee hub that produces open coffee in conjunction to Micro Kitchen on level 5. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) of micro kitchen (MK) regarding coffee bar on level 5, further discussion will be made regarding upgrading current health permit and/or potentially the Cafe PIC will obtaining a separate health permit. Note: The report was written at the end of site inspections and signed by the person in charge (PIC). The PIC must ensure each food facility receives a copy of the original inspection report (OIR).
