Sanitize with a sanitizer solution (100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quaternary ammonia) 4. Air dry. Chlorine sanitizer of 100 ppm chlorine may be prepared using approximately 1 tablespoon plain bleach in 1-2 gallons of water. Chlorine test strips provided. Upon the next remodel, approved cove base flooring must be installed in the restroom. Recommend consulting Plan Check at (408) 918-3400 to ensure proper materials and installation.

The items inside the other handsink were removed.

ROUTINE INSPECTION

Per PIC, facility recently expanded just the sales floor area (approximately doubling the space). Floors in the rear restrooms were also re-done. Upon review, facility may need to submit plans to Plan Check and/or update cove base flooring in restrooms. Per PIC, Facility only sells prepackaged foods to customers; no tea or other open foods/drinks are served to customers.
