Facility has less than 1000 square feet of retail space. Facility portions/scoops out herbs/foods for customers; no PHFs. Facility permit may be downgraded to FP77 for next billing cycles. Warewashing steps for equipment (i.e. metal scoops): 1. Wash equipment and utensils in soapy water 2. Rinse in warm clean water 3. Sanitize with a sanitizer solution (100ppm chlorine or 200ppm quaternary ammonia) 4. Air dry. Chlorine sanitizer of 100 ppm chlorine may be prepared using approximately 1 tablespoon plain bleach in 1-2 gallons of water. Chlorine test strips provided. Upon the next remodel, approved cove base flooring must be installed in the restroom. Recommend consulting Plan Check at (408) 918-3400 to ensure proper materials and installation.

1. The restroom handsink lacked soap. 2. Observed equipment stored inside the handsink next to the 3-compartment sink, obstructing it from use. [CA] Handsinks must have soap at all times. Handsinks must not be obstructed; they must be accessible to make handwashing not only possible, but likely. [COS] A pump soap dispenser was placed at the restroom handsink. The items inside the other handsink were removed.
