Heavy debris noted on the walls around the water heater and around the prep tables. [CA] Regularly clean/sanitize the walls of the facility to prevent any accumulation of debris.

    All lights within the hood system are not functional at the time of inspection. [CA] Replace the light bulbs within the hood system.

    Hot water within the facility was measured at 110*F at the time of inspection. Per PIC, they used a lot of hot water recently to make soups. [CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at hand wash sinks (100*F). Hot water is raising gradually; monitor water heater.
