- Food is provided and delivered from Di Lac Vegetarian Cuisine. - Facility only portions and serves food to the public. - The only type of food preparation the facility conduct is portioning and sealing of milk and food preparation for facility members and volunteers. - Food prepared at the facility for members and volunteers is separate from the food served to the public. - Food is delivered at approximately 11:00 AM and served to the public at 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. - Left over food is discarded if not completely served and consumed. - All utensils are returned to the vendor to be washed and sanitized.

Observed dog bed and pet food maintained in the kitchen area where milk is portioned and packaged. [CA] No live animals may be allowed in a food facility, except in the following situations; decorative fish or shellfish in aquarium, animals intended for consumption if kept separated from other food and food contact surfaces, dogs under the control of on-duty uniformed law enforcement or private patrol, outdoor dining areas, and service animals.

Observed janitorial sink cluttered with equipment stacked inside and on top rendering the sink useless. When questioned about the disposal of mop water, manager stated that mop water is discarded outside. [CA] At least one curbed cleaning facility or janitorial sink equipped with hot and cold water and drain shall be provided. Discontinue disposing mop water outside. Mop water shall be disposed of in the janitorial sink or toilet facility.
