ROUTINE INSPECTION
All lunch food is from Choice Lunch. TPHC logs were completed and available for review. School has a pantry that is only for preschool snacks. Pantry has a handwash sink, a three compartment sink, and an upright cooler.

- K14: Food contact surfaces clean, sanitized
Quaternary ammonium sanitizer measured 0 ppm in the three compartment sink located in the pantry. Bottle of sanitizer feeding into the dispenser observed to be empty. Per staff, knives and cutting boards (that are used to cut fruits for the students) are washed in the three compartment sink. [CA] Ensure that an approved form of sanitizer is available for use on-site at all times. Food contact surfaces shall be cleaned via manual wash, rinse, sanitize. Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds or by contacting a quaternary ammonium solution of 200 PPM concentration for at least 60 seconds. [SA] Facility could not provide an additional bottle of quaternary ammonium sanitizer. Bottle of bleach provided instead. Head of School states that she will obtain a bottle of quaternary ammonium sanitizer.

Facility lacks quaternary ammonium test strips. [CA] Testing equipment and materials shall be provided to adequately measure the applicable sanitization method used during manual or mechanical warewashing.
