Facility receives prepackaged meals from My Green Lunch. Meals are delivered hot around 11 AM, then kept inside a warmer plugged inside the kitchen until service. Lunch is served at 12:30 PM. Verified temperature receiving and holding logs from My Green Lunch. NOTE: Facility does not conduct active food preparation, and lacks a dedicated food preparation or warewashing sink. The kitchen is only used by the church staff. NOTE: Measured the maximum water temperature in the children's restroom next to the breakroom at 68F. Recommend to adjust and maintain the water temperature from 100-108F to facilitate proper handwashing.
