PIC stated leftover food is discarded after lunch by 1 pm. During routine inspection, food items and lunch service were to take place in an enclosed kitchen area temporarily due to the rain. Per PIC, cooking classes are conducted at the kitchen on Tuesday's and Friday's. Specialist to conduct further research to verify if a health permit is required for the existing kitchen and cooking classes. Specialist to contact Julia, Office Manager, regarding findings.
