    At the cookline, employee with gloved hands handled raw beef patty, changed gloves, and proceeded to return to prepare food without properly washing hands prior. [CA]: Employees shall properly wash hands when changing gloves, when changing tasks, prior to handling food, utensils or equipment, after touching body parts, and when contamination occurs or as required. Employees shall use designated hand sink, soap and disposable paper towels to wash hands. [COS]: Manager instructed employee to remove gloves and wash hands.

Follow up inspection for routine inspection on 01/16/2025 regarding hot water availability at all sinks. Specialist observation: -hot water observed at 3 comp and prep sinks. -warm water of at least 100F observed at all hand sinks.

A follow up inspection will be conducted by 01/17/2025 to verify compliance. The first follow up inspection is free of charge, any and all subsequent follow up inspections shall be charged at the approved hourly rate of $298/hr, minimum of one hour. Discussed proper ice bath with person in charge. Inspection report updated on 01/17/2025 during follow up inspection regarding K14. Dish machine is a high temp dish machine and dish machine observed sanitizing utensils at 160F. K14 violations removed. A copy of the updated inspection report provided to person in charge.
