On-site for a follow-up inspection after facility earned a conditional pass during the last routine inspection conducted on 10/06/2025 Compliance of the following has been verified: K05: Hands not clean/improperly washed/gloves not used properly: - Proper handwashing procedures observed K06: Inadequate handwash facilities: supplied or accessible - All handwash stations observed to be unobstructed and properly stocked with soap and paper towels K18: Non-compliance with ROP/HACCP Plan - Vacuum sealing machine has been removed from the facility. No PHF's in ROP observed. Compliance of the following was not verified: K07: Improper hot and cold holding temperatures: - Large quantities of lotus paper wrapped sticky rice (rice dumpling) measured 74F-78F while maintained out in ambient. Pooled eggs and sliced tomatoes measured 75F-79F. Per staff, all items had been taken out of refrigeration 1 hour prior. One major violation cited during follow-up inspection. [COS] ROP'd cooked pork cut open and placed into a refrigerator. Facility operator agreed to obtain a HACCP plan.

Follow-up inspection for major violations All foods were at proper temperatures. No foods were in the hot hold units in the front of the store. Facility states that they will no longer reduced-oxygen package foods. Vacuum sealer was removed from facility. Facility will still require a Processed Food Registration (PFR) from California Department of Public Health (CDPH) for all foods that are not sold directly to the consumer. Foods (braised meat and poultry) are cooked and hot sealed into plastic containers for distribution. Distribution is through a warehouse or online platform.
