Quat ammonium bottle was found empty, however it was replaced with a new one during inspection but still measured at 0 ppm. [CA] Repair dispenser and ensure sanitizer is at 200 ppm quat. ammonium. Manually sanitize and fill 3 compartment sink with 1 tbsp of quat ammonium to 2 gallon of water until both units are repaired.
