    Pre-packaged lunch boxes with pepperoni and milk in cooler measured between 47-48F. Ice sheet observed melted. Temperature log from food deliverer states 8 AM (approximately 3 hours prior to measurement). Per PIC, food was delivered approximately 1 hour prior to measurement. Lunch starts 20 minutes after measurement. [CA]: Potentially Hazardous Food (PHFs) shall be cold held at 41F or below at all times. [COS]: PHFs were relocated to 2 door reach in (personal use) to rapidly cool down.
