    There is a sign posted in restroom stating to not flush toilet paper in the toilet. Spoke with manager and stated that if toilet paper or solid material is flushed, this causes a back up. Restroom is closed off to customers at this time and only available for employees. Toilet was flushed during inspection, no sewage back up noted. [CA] Repair toilet immediately as restrooms must be fully operable. Discontinue use of this restroom and use shopping center public restroom instead. [SA] Facility is located within Stanford mall so there are public restrooms available to use (within 100ft). Note: Sewage back ups in facility is an automatic closure and permit shall be suspended until it has been resolved.
