On site for follow up inspection. All the violations are corrected. K06 - Both hand was sinks are available for use. Unapproved equipment has been removed from the facility. All the food items are stored on racks and covered in the back storage area. Chlorine measures at 50 ppm in dish machine. Continue to correct other violations and maintain the facility in good condition.

The permit category for this facility is FP10. An invoice for the permit fee in the amount of $1,107.00 will be mailed to the billing address on the application. Payment must be submitted within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. The owner is responsible for contacting our department if an invoice is not received and remit payment within 30 days.
