    Drain pipes next to the prep table are inside of the floor sink at the time of inspection. [CA] All equipment that discharges liquid waste shall be drained by means of indirect waste pipes, and all wastes drained by them shall discharge through an airgap into a floor sink or other approved type of receptor.

FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

This is a follow up inspection to verify that all major violations mentioned on 9/4/25 inspection report have been addressed. Major violations have been addressed and found within compliance: - K01: Demonstration of knowledge; food safety certification. Some of the food handler cards for employees expired this year. Obtain new food handler cards for employees within 30-days and submit to specialist for review. Also food manger certification has not been fully obtained; on-line portion has been completed but in person exam must still be taken. Take exam within 1-month and submit certification. Failure to comply my result in enforcement action. Submit by (10/13/25) - K06: Adequate hand wash facilities supplied, accessible. All hand wash station within the facility are fully stocked and operational. - K08: Time as a public health control; procedures & records. All Boba that is made is being time marked with a sticker and will be used for a maximum of 4-hours. Continue to follow TPHC procedures that are posted on the wall next to prep table. Continue on working on all other violations mentioned on 9/4/25 inspection report.

[CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, PHFs shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review.
