Facility has currently expanded out of the allowance for food storage and retail sales under the FP75 permit. Facility to be evaluated and may be required to submit plans for plan review for an expanded permit to sell and store potentially hazardous foods.

- K01: Demonstration of knowledge; food safety certification
[REPEAT VIOLATION] Food safety manager's certificate expired as of 2024. [CA] Ensure at least one valid food safety manager's certificate is obtained. All other employees that handle food shall obtain food handler cards.
- K08: Time as a public health control; procedures & recordsCritical
[REPEAT VIOLATION] Observed multiple potentially hazardous food items stored on counter-tops in the back storage room without any time labeling or time log. Per operator, potentially hazardous foods stored from 2:00pm. [CA] When time only, rather than time and temperature is used as a public health control, potentially hazardous foods shall be time marked to indicate when item is removed from temperature control, discarded if not consumed or served within 4 hours, and written procedures shall be readily available for review. [SA] Operator to serve all potentially hazardous foods stored out of temperature control by 6:00pm, for a total of 4 hours from when removed from temperature control or discard.
- K35: Equipment, utensils: Approved, in good repair, adequate capacity
In the back storage room, observed three freezer chests installed with frozen food products, a residential type upright refrigerator/freezer, and two undercounter refrigerators installed. [CA] Ensure only approved equipment is installed and used within the facility. Continued use of unapproved equipment may result in further enforcement including impound of unapproved equipment and additional inspection fees.
- K32: Food properly labeled and honestly presented
Observed several prepackaged shelf-stable snacks and sauces stored in the facility without proper labeling. Observed labeling on products are from Taiwan. Food prepackaged in a food facility shall bear a label with the following: 1) common name of the food, 2) list of ingredients in descending order of predominance by weight, 3) quantity of contents, 4) name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor. Imported prepackaged food products shall bear all labeling requirements as required by the FDA.
