    Found several flies outside off food facility and in warehouse storage area. [CA] Each food facility shall be free of pest such as flies. Continue to provide approved pest control services.

  • K42: Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained

    Found garbage, recyclable and compost bin stored in back warehouse area food items are stored. There is a foul odor in the area and flies are more prevalent. Per operator, facility gets their garbage, compost and recyclable once a week. [CA] Refuse containers shall be collected or cleaned frequently enough to minimize the development of objectionable odors or conditions that attract or harbor insects or rodents.

Facility shall submit for equipment exemption to plan check program and/or receive food items from Santa Fe Foods (PR0304415).
