Permit category is currently a FP76 Limited food service Cat 2. - Facility is currently doing protein bowls on site: non-PHFs (banana, strawberry) and whip cream. - Menu in the front has Churros, donuts, and crepes. Facility does not have a hood system on site. - Menu has changed since final inspection that was conducted on 3/1/19. - Permit category will be evaluated and may change. Will consult with senior inspector.

Facility has a waffle and donut maker on site that was not part of the orginal plans. Per PIC, they have a new protein product that is used to cook (non-PHFs). [CA] A person proposing to build or remodel a food facility shall submit plans and specifications for review and shall receive plan approval prior to starting any new construction or remodeling.
