    Next to the front 3-compartment sink: observed the handsink was partially obstructed by brooms and large plastic buckets. [CA] Do not place objects in front of the handsink. Handsinks must be unobstructed at all times to encourage handwashing.

    On multiple storage shelves, observed opened bags of food were tied/twisted closed. [CA] After opening bags of food, food must be stored inside a rigid container with a tight-fitting lid.

    Observed dents on seams/edges of multiple cans in the dry storage area. [CA] Food containers must be inspected before storage/use.

    In the front hot holding units: measured internal temperature of chicken to be 120F. Operator stated chicken had been held for 1 hour. [CA] Keep potentially hazardous foods at 135F and above or 41F and below. [COS] Chicken was reheated.
