Hot running water at the hand washing sink in the restroom was measured 70F. [CA] Hand washing facilities equipped with a mixing valve that is not readily adjustable at the faucet, shall provide warm water at least 100°F, but not greater than 108°F.
Dust on the restroom vent. [CA] Clean the restroom vent cover.

Expired permit was posted. [CA] A valid health permit issued by this department shall be posted in a conspicuous place in the food facility.
Employee dip the container in the 3-compartment sink with sanitizer and put it onside for drying. [CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by a quaternary ammonium solution of 200 PPM concentration for at least 60 seconds and then air dry it before use.
