FOLLOW-UP INSPECTION

Follow-up inspection to routine inspection conducted by Helen Dinh on 10/03/2024. The following violations were corrected: K08: Boba held outside of temperature control was marked using a time label. K21: Restroom hand wash sink hot water supply measured at a minimum of 100 F. K41: The one compartment food preparation sink has been reinstalled with a hot and cold water supply. Continue to work on correcting other minor violations noted during the routine inspection.
