Live German cockroach observed crawling on the wall in the janitorial room that houses the mop sink. When instructed to abate the cockroach, the member of the janitorial staff stated that she did not want to kill it. *Video taken for documentation purposes [CA]: The premises of each food facility must be maintained free of vermin. A facility cannot operate if there is a vermin infestation that leads to contamination of food contact surfaces, packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food. [SA] Facility has prepackaged food only. Cockroach was not observed in area of food storage.
